**Following Rome, Florence Official Board decided to apply a city tax to all overnight stays - this tax has been approved on June 20th, but will be effective from 1st July 2011. 5€ per night per person in 5 stars hotels; 4€ in 4stars hotels; 3€ 3 stars hotels.
