We came back from Egypt last night all our 2 families (6 people). We really enjoy this country, great experience. The hotel Titanic Resort Hurghada was excellent. A lot of different attractions, national cuisine, unforgetable memories, nightlife and so many things. Thanks

Hi Vicky, please forward this to George as well.
The Greece trip was fantastic. Everything went well without any problems whatsoever. Thank you very much and I will recommend you guys to organize any European trip for all my future clients.
Pick up at the airport went without a hitch. Received the information packet from your Greece office at the hotel. Wasn't sure what the schedule was until I got to the hotel. The Stanley is OK. Not the most luxurious hotel. Most of the rooms smelled of smoke...even though it was a non smoking hotel. Some rooms are smaller than others. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The location was not the greatest. It was in a downtown area that might not be safe for women tourist traveling alone. But it was very close to the subway, which was awesome. You probably know of better hotels than the Stanley.
The 4 day classical tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Demitra was fantastic. Fun, intelligent, informative....can't say enough about her. She made the entire tour. All the hotels were wonderful, with good breakfast and dinners. The only complaint some of us had was the lunch. We had to pay for our own lunch, but had no choice in the matter. All the lunches were at predetermined areas by the tour. I think everyone would have been happier if the lunch was included in the price, if they had to keep the venues. If not, drop us off in the downtown area and let us eat on our own.
The Tholos hotel in Santorini was excellent. Fantastic views and service. Spyros and Elena at the front desk were wonderful. Always helpful and friendly. The staff at the Tholos were better than any hotel that I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel for all of your future clients.
Overall, had a wonderful time in Greece. Thank you for all your work in organizing this trip. You guys are wonderful.
Thanks,
Jerry Wang

Hi Vicky,
I hope you are doing well. First of all, thank you for all your help during
our trip cancellation in September. We did receive the full refund through

the flight information you gave us. I think with the returned flight, you
mentioned we would receive our refund plus an additional free flight. If
that is still correct, how can I redeem the free flight? Thanks again!

Dear Vicky,
On August of this year I went on a tour with Mediterranean Vacations. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, after discovering what my interests were and where I wanted to travel they helped me choose the perfect trip for me. The tour departed from New York with only one connection to Greece, The flights were on time, relaxing and enjoyable. When we arrived to city of Athena, there was a very nice and kind Greek driver waiting to take us to the hotel. The hotel room was very comfortable with a nice view of the city. The next day early in the morning we were transported to port of PIRAEUS to begin the cruise through the Greek Islands. My cabin had an ocean view and the ship was comfortable and well equipped. Once on board, we could enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner buffet, which included fresh fruit, a variety of cheeses and meat and of course the flavor and style of Mediterranean cuisine. During our cruise, we visited several islands: Crete, Mykonos, Rhodes, Patmos and Santorini. Each island that we visited, was wonderful, where were served their typical native dishes, drinks and refreshing beverages also typical of each island. When our cruise was over we came back to port of Piraeus where we had time to tour the beautiful city of Athena. In Athens we visited The ACROPOLIS and its PARTHENON, while there we enjoyed the sunset and as it began to get dark we watched as the city seemed to come alive with beautiful lights which were simply captivating. In this city We enjoyed once again the Greek food accompanied by the house wine which was wonderful with a pleasurable aroma, and of course we couldn't miss the typical Greek dessert. It was a wonderful vacation, I thoroughly enjoyed each part of it: the food, the cruise through the islands, the restaurants and the tourist places that we visited. I really want to thank Mediterranean Vacations for making my vacation so enjoyable and full of good memories.

We loved every experience and probably tried to do too much. The bus ride to Alexandria and back was very long and tiring, and I'm guessing that's partly because it was the end of two weeks and we were getting worn down. I've had friends say they took the train from Cairo to Alexandria and it was a wonderful experience. You might think about it for future trips. The traffic in both Cairo and Alexandria probably added two hours time to the three hours between the two cities. I'm guessing you'd miss that if you were taking the train.
I'm not sure I can give you a highlight. The pyramids are awesome, the Red Sea was wonderful and the snorkeling was amazing. The idea of being at Mt. Sinai was quite romantic. The Nile cruise was fine. I was disappointed that we didn't get a Felucca ride (our guide said there wasn't enough wind, but the other guests on the boat went on feluccas.
We added a Felucca ride in Cairo so we didn't miss the experience.
Thanks so much for doing above and beyond in our planning, changes of plans, changes of people, last minute decisions, etc. I know there is still some accounting to clean up and I'm guessing your accounting department is all over it.
The Nefertari Hotel in Abu Simbal is practically falling apart. Not a great place to stay but we enjoyed it anyway.
Sometimes the tacky hotels make you appreciate the nice ones all the more. i'm sure the lack of tourists make it difficult for these guys to stay in business, much less make improvements in their property. We had a wonderful dinner that night at the Nubian House in Abu Simbal. Quite wonderful.
I'll share more when I get my stamina back.
Thanks again,
Martha

Thank you for planning our wonderful trip to Madrid & Barcelona perfectly! I had no idea that those beautiful cities were like walking through an art history and architectural design course! The museums were beyond belief, the tours you planned were fabulous and allowed us to get an overview of each city .. especially Toledo .. I would have missed out on that city if you hadn't suggested that tour! The tapas, the wine and all the outdoor restaurants .. amazing and so much fun! Everyone was so nice, taxis on every corner, I even brushed up no my Espanol! The hotels were great .. I'm ready to go back! Thank you for all your help. I'm planning another trip soon. Hello Vicky,
Our trip to Egypt was just stupendous! What is so bad for the Egyptians was good for us. There were no crowds. We never had to wait in lines or stand in hot coach parks. The Nile tour boat would hold 120 people and there were only 35 on it. We encountered no hostility or threats whatsoever beyond what are the common hassles of traveling some places--the constant harassment by aggressive vendors. But this is just part of their culture and we learned to say "No thanks" in Egyptian, keep our eyes down and stick with the group.
I feel like it was a last chance to see this unusual country at a time of change. We had a security guard travel on all of our busses everywhere we went.
I am happy to let your other clients know that it is still a safe place to travel.

Our recent trip to Spain, organized by Mediterranean Vacations, was fantastic. All arrangements took palace as scheduled; our modern but old-world hotels were located within minutes of downtown and close to local transportation. Our guides spoke many languages and we easily communicated our needs and desires. In addition, we visited Tangiers, Morocco and felt safe because of careful planning. I highly recommend this most professional tour company to meet your needs.

We went on Sunny Vacations Mediterranean Vacations to Israel and Egypt. It was great. All the guides and representatives of the company that was contracted out by Sunny Vacations were very nice, informative, and caring to us. We had a great time. We visited the areas of importance of each country. In Israel, we saw all the areas where Lord Jesus inhabited. His birthplace, youth, early ministry. His last supper, the betrayal in the Garden of Gesemene, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension to heaven. It was fantastic. We visited Masada and swam in the Dead Sea. We saw the city of Acco in Northern Israel, and received a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, Jerusalem, the old city, was fabulous. It is extremely historic, and a must for everyone to visit.
Egypt was equally historic. The Kings were very egotistical. Abu-Simbel was fantastic. The Valley of the Kings was truly amazing. The Great Pyramid was an engineering masterpiece. The temples built by the Kings, the Obelisks, statues were gigantic. Aswan, and Cairo were littered with ancient history. The Nile river trip is a must. The food was fantastic, especially on the Kibbutz in Northern Israel. All in all, we saw biblical history that we will never forget. The trip, hotel stays, guides, information received, scenery, was A-1. We highly recommend Sunny Vacations Mediterranean Vacations.

Even though I felt I had to change my trip from Egypt to Greece at the last minute, which caused a few headaches, now I am glad I did, I don't even want to go to Egypt. If anything I would like to go back to Greece. Thanks to you everything went well.
The country was absolutely beautiful and so rich in history and tradition. The food and wine was exquisite especially in Crete! The ship Luis Majesty and the crew were very helpful and the boat was always clean. I made a lot of new friends. This is my first cruise and I loved it.
Overall, I enjoyed my trip and can't wait to go back. I have told several of my friends about the trip. I want to see more of the Greek Islands as well. I am already saving my money for next year maybe in early May or August.
Take care.

It was an exciting time to be in Egypt. The people are so optimistic about their future. We didn't have lines anywhere we went. Hany in Cairo was great, we had a wonderful Guide in Cairo (Ronda) and I feel like we saw it all. The least helpful guides were in Sharm el Sheik and Abu Simbal. Alladin, our guide on the Nile trip, was passionate and single minded. It was his way or the highway.
We loved every experience and probably tried to do too much. We had a great time. Overall our experience was great. There was no hitch or delays in any of the arrangements and the experience was memorable. I blogged on my experiences on my FB page if you would like to take a look. Probably my only surprise was the Delphi Art Hotel which was an old, kind of strange hotel in a not-so nice area.
Next year? We may consider going to Cancun, Mexico, Spain, and also have plans to go to South America… we have not decided yet. I get your email blasts so I will keep in touch.
I will send you a nice email. Probably over the weekend when I in the plane, on my way to the US for a business trip.
